Return

I PLACE AN ONLINE RETURN REQUEST

  • I click on "Order history and details"
  • I select the order and then the item I want to return
  • I choose between "Refund" or "Exchange"
  • I state the reason why I am returning the item

I FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM

  • It can be found in my package on the back of my delivery note or in my customer area
  • If I reprint it, I recall my order number
  • I indicate if I want a refund or an exchange and I insert the return form in my package

I REPACKAGE THE ITEMS AND RETURN THE PARCEL

  • I check the items are unused, complete, labeled, with the dust bag and never worn
  • Products can be returned in their original package
  • I don't forget to include the return form in the package
  • I choose a shipping with tracking number and signature at reception

Please keep in mind return costs remain at your expense
The transport costs incurred by the return of the products are refunded
only in case of nonconformity of the delivered products (reference error, defective product, etc.)

 

Exchanges

Be careful! We can process an exchange when the other item you want is the same price. If the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. If no exchange agreement is agreed, you will be refunded.

How I make my exchange request?

In my customer area, I select the product(s) to return. I choose the exchange and I specify the product that I want to receive instead. Then I just have to follow the process to return a product!

Refund

Your refund is made on the method of payment that was used during the purchase (credit card, Paypal account or gift voucher). It will be processed within 14 days after the reception of the parcel.
